Special Welcome From PHC Youth Association
Here at PHC, we believe you are never too young to serve God. The youth ministry is made up of young individuals between the ages 13 and 25. Our goal is to serve God and those around us. We foster an environment where members can discover and develop their gifts given by the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 12:4-7), find fraternal communion. with one another, learn God’s word, and grow in their personal relationship with God.
Subgroups
The youth ministry is also made up of subgroups. The two main subgroups are called Phoenix and the Crusaders. The division helps to promote healthy competition and creativity all to glorify His name. You can find them rehearsing and preparing every Sunday from 5-7 pm. You would not want to miss a night of fun, entertainment, and spiritual and educational enlightenment. After you’ve witnessed these two groups perform, we hope that you come back and let us know what you think.
Activities
The youth ministry leads the Sunday morning worship service every second Sunday of the month. In addition, the youth conducts youth services in the evening in which they sing songs of worship, preach the word, and showcase their talents in songs, dances, skits, news shows, and special educational presentations. The youth ministry creates fun activities that encourage communion amongst one another such as Friendsgiving, Game Night, and planned trips.
